Avery Dennison paint protection Nano-Fusion 6 mil film has a limited warranty from date of purchase of your automobile. The film is warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship and against peeling, yellowing, bubbling, or cracking of the film from UV exposure for so long as the original purchaser owns and operates the automobile on which the Product is installed.

To be valid, this warranty requires that the installation is performed by an authorized Avery Dennison installer in accordance with Avery Dennison's recommended installation procedures and the owner follows recommended maintenance requirements and procedures and retains the original proof of purchase and completed certificate provided by the authorized installer.

This warranty does not apply to damage to the Product caused by erroneous application, accident, intentional misuse, exposure to corrosive or abrasive materials, ordinary wear, or dents caused by physical impact (e.g. stones, road debris, bumps, impact, etc.) or use of the automobile in commercial or for profit service. If Avery Dennison determines that the Product has been damaged due to failure to follow Avery Dennison's application or recommended maintenance procedures, Avery Dennison WILL NOT reimburse the authorized Avery Dennison installer. Avery Dennison's sole obligation under this warranty shall be the replacement of the defective film, and in no event shall Avery Dennison's liability exceed the purchase price of the film.

XPEL Technologies Corp. warrants X-Pel™ Protection Products installed on the factory paint finish or on the factory installed lenses (utilizing bulbs with factory recommended wattage) of the purchaser's vehicle for five (5) years from date of purchase. XPEL Technologies Corp. warrants your X-Pel™ product against yellowing, cracking or peeling due to discernible defects in manufacturing of said product. If the X-Pel™ product is found to be defective, XPEL Technologies Corp. will replace the product at no charge to the purchaser (installation labor excepted). This warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the X-Pel™ product and is not transferable. XPEL Technologies Corp. assumes no liability for deterioration of the film caused by normal wear, accident, collision, negligence, vandalism or abuse.THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO MANUFACTURING QUALITY ONLY. The installer is solely responsible for the quality of installation of the X-Pel™ product installed on the vehicle. Contractors, including the installer, do not have the authority or power to alter or extend the limited warranty set forth in this certificate. The installer is neither an employee nor an agent of XPEL Technologies Corp. XPEL Technologies Corp. does not warrant installation methods, or any installer action. Venture Tape Corp.® warrants VentureShield Automotive Paint Protection Film against cracking, bubbling or turning yellow. The warranty is valid as long as the installation is performed by an authorized Venture Tape Corp. installer in accordance with manufacturer's recommended installation procedures, and as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle.

The above warranty does not cover any defects other than those specified above, and is made solely to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. If any product specified above fails to conform to the warranty during the application period, Purchaser may obtain replacement at any authorized Venture Tape Corp. installer anywhere in the United States and Canada. The obligation of Venture Tape Corp. under this warranty is limited to replacement of products not conforming to the warranty. Proof of purchase will be required by the authorized installer to substantiate any warranty claim.
